    Project coordinator/Personal assistant to Commercial Director (expat)

    Обязанности и достижения:

    Being the administrator of a start-up project of the world-renowned English furniture brand Habitat launching in Moscow I was to perform the following responsibilities: • Assistance in the management of the project • Full support to CD in verbal and written translation of all documents relating to internal and external meetings • Preparing and circulating minutes and agendas for all meetings attended by CD.In both Russian and in English • To follow up on agreed minute points with appropriate parties • To maintain the project Critical Path timeline and to communicate out any amendments or changes in the timeframes • To gather information from all parties that may mean alteration to the Critical Path timeline • Collecting of information from departments related to our project:Logistic, Marketing, Sales & HR • Organise meetings and travel arrangements for all team members • Following up on this information to ensure all actions were in line with deadlines and mile stone points in the projects • Gathering and analysis of costs across departments to ensure that payments to suppliers and 3rd parties were being made, as well as ensuring that spending was in line with agreed budgets. • Took part with CD in a market analysis: looking at competition, pricing levels and services offered • Receive training materials from Habitat UK and to secure translation into Russian text • To work with training department in organizing recruitment programme for co-workers in the Store. • Prepare project task descriptions and secure operations, commercial, administrative and etc routines. • Organization of daily store operational routines with Store Manager • Organization of external 3rd party assembly service • Contracts for 3rd party cleaning services • Contracts for 3rd party security. • Setting store returns policy and guidelines STARTING FROM NOVEMBER 2009 PERFORM AS A PURCHASING MANAGER (toys) as I was transferred to the new project. • Managing suppliers, relationships, SLA's (service level agreements) • Effective proactive liaison with other departments: operating resourcing services as necessary, e.g. IT • Negotiating and administration of purchasing contracts • Make or buy policy analysis and decisions • Administration and reporting as necessary • Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management • Stock and materials management. Warehousing, distribution, shipping management • Packaging and transport regulatory awareness, compliance and information communication
