• Provide Executive-level administrative support to General Director with a demonstrative ability to improvise, improve procedures and meet demanding deadlines.
• Schedule and organize heavy calendar such as complex activities: meetings, travel, and department/client conferences; Maintain contact database.
• Process travel and expense reports both domestic and international for GD
• Manage busy phones, conference calls, confidential messages and field/answer all routine and non-routine questions for GD
• Prepare proposals, manuscripts, and reports; draft executive-level documents and key correspondence.
• Provide Market research on the subject of interest
• Compose a draft business plan by Project Expert Systems.
• Process monthly expenses reports reflecting supporting documents and budget code indexes.
• Manage capital purchases, direct vendor relations, generate and maintain equipment tracking records
• Liaison between all impacted departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices.
• Organize the details of special events, travel arrangements
