Main responsibilities:
- Market analysis (market share, distribution, market volume, pricing, consumer preferences, competitors' activities), identifying threats and business opportunities;
- Sales planning, monitoring and analysis;
- Formulation of brand essence and brand communication guidelines;
- Participation in the processes of product design, preparation and checking labels and stickers on products
- Development and implementation of promo-campaigns in various channels, including digital;
- Development and adaptation of promotional materials, coordination of agencies;
- Participation in key events held by the company (meetings with the sales team, product launches for journalists, pharmacists and doctors)
- Preparing and conducting presentations, product training for pharmacists and medical representatives;
- Customer relationship management and maintenance of CRM programs;
- Operation of the "hot line" work in the Russian Federation, assistance in communicating with consumers on its website;
- Russian online presence support: update and maintain product website in accordance with the international guideline/concept and modules of the brand;
- User support online: Social media.
JuProduct Regulatory Compliance Junior Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Analysis and evaluation of documents on compliance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union, preparation of the registration dossiers;
- Transition of permission documentation and product artworks to comply with the technical regulations of Customs Union;
- Regulatory assessment of marketing applications for food supplements and their legalization in the form of voluntary certification;
- Close collaboration with the state authorities in the field of human health safety / Product Conformity (Rospotrebnadzor, Nutrition Institute, Rostest, etc);
- Providing business legal information for products in relation to quality and safety, labeling requirements, other legal requirements relevant to the product;
- Organization of expert visits at the plant to perform the audit of the production site;
- Analysis of market and competitive environment, the perception of the product and consumer needs.
