Acting as a Director of the Company, I was responsible for the day to day operation of the Company, including decision-making and financial management. During the work in the Company I have successfully completed the following tasks: - the aircraft purchase agreement support was provided from the time of new aircraft green delivery till the final delivery from the manufacturer; - a new operator of the aircraft was selected and the Aircraft Operating Agreement signed; - aircraft delivery acceptance from Bombardier was completed successfully; - the "old aircraft" was sold using Trade In option with Bombardier; - aircraft operating structure was established and implemented to meet Owner needs. After aircraft starts flying I was engaging in day to day private aircraft operations. During this period, engaged in drawing up business proposals to potential buyers of helicopters and airplanes, has studied the technical data of the helicopters and planes, worked closely with aircraft manufacturers Bell Helicopter and Cessna Aircraft. Participated in the factory acceptance of helicopters Bell, has delivered several helicopters and airplanes to Russia.
