Duty of service: - Offshore and onshore instrumentation services coordination; - Scheduling maintenance of the platforms instrument equipment; - Writing technical requirements and evaluation of the tender documentations for buying instrument equipment, defense financial budgets; - An instrumentation project manager; - Routine checking the personal safety working and compliance the safety regulations; - Contacts with the equipment suppliers and manufacturers, the technical problems solving. Achievements: - With my participation "Viensovpetro's" gas balance calculation was improved. My role was the Gas division coordination point. I made some proposals for the gas flow measurement improvement for the Gas division, but they were delayed. - Participation in the projects as the project manager: o modification the control systems on base SCADA Fix 7.0, PLC Allen Bradley series 5, Siemens S5. The result of the project realization was the platform's control system more stable working. o modification the fire-gas control system on base a failsafe PLC Siemens S7. My proposal for modification the fire-gas control system only saved money for my company. During the project, the fire-gas control system was replaced by modern modification. The field equipment remained old, so it significantly decreased the project cost. o The modification gas-seal control panels project extended working time for the Dresser Rand gas compressors nearly 2 times. o My proposal for installation the local networks on the offshore objects gave more flexibility and convenience for the platforms service personnel. o participation in numerous of another projects on the gas platforms (the sewage water monitoring system, the gas flow measure systems, overhaul the gas chromatograph); o data base application on Delphi platform Studied by myself: o the system architectures based on PLC Allen Bradley and Siemens, SCADA systems; o the field equipment Rosemount, Fisher, Daniel and etc.; o the gas and liquid metering systems; o AutoCAD, Microsoft Project manager.
