Обязанности и достижения:
• Meetings management including, calendar management, minute-taking/circulation, action point follow up;
• Reception duties, including switchboard management; mail-handling, tracking and delivery; requisition of office supplies for CEO/MD offices and Customer Care Department at head office;
• Customer relations including personal/business banking account enquiries, new account establishment enquiries;
• Information management, including establishment and maintenance of hard copy and online information management systems;
• Quality control auditing for Customer Care Department Kenya-wide via quality calls, including documentation, analysis and follow-up with respective department heads;
• ATM card/cheque book order, tracking, dispatch.
