(HR, Shared Services)
1. Expats Administrative and Immigration support including family members assigned to Russia (getting visa, work permit (HQS), FMS notifications, migration registration, travel arrangements, shipment, TAX support etc)
2. Lead in Global mobility process for Russia and CIS (expats relocation management, HR, Expatriation, Travel Policies modernization based on country specifications)
3. Consulting International Global Mobility Team, local HR BPs on Russian immigration and labour legislations applicable to Expats employment in Russia, full compliance with Russian Immigration, labour, TAX legislations. Full compliance, no-risks approach.
4.Business correspondence with internal and external organizations, partners, Vendors
5. Business trips arrangement allover Russia and abroad
6.Communication with providers\Vendors: hotels, taxi, visa arrangements, airway and railway tickets, real estate agencies, relocation companies etc
7.Take care of all daily routines in the office and provide support in local office activities
Key projects: Based on personal experience in immigration and international mobility processes, significantly improved, changed and adapted existing in Company process and tools. VIE – Voluntary International employment – elaborated full package of relocation/immigration step-by-step processes and procedures for French Embassy and Ubifrance in Russia, Participation in Immigration Committee Work Group of AEB (Association of European Business) leaded to some changes in Russian immigration law.
