Business trips arrangements, meetings appointments, conference and video calls, business correspondence (both Russian and English), courier service, budget control, preparation of project contracts and approval process coordination, fully responsible for internal team cycle meetings logistics and approval process
Maintaining team’s business trips, logistics arrangements in a fast and complaint way
Expense reports preparation according to the internal policies
Full support in activities initiated by the managers (logistic full support in international and regional events, projects) in a complaint way and on a priority basis as well as full travel support for KOLs
International and local conferences registration and fee payments
Monthly team meeting minutes recording
Travel support and agenda preparation for the Global team from the Headquarters, Switzerland (visa support, agenda preparation, transfers arrangement, hotels booking, general assistance)
Responsible for projects and activities payments, invoicing, ensure that all invoices, state dues are paid in time to support business continuity
Fast onboarding support for new team members to reduce the general anxiety to the new policies and demands of the company, introduction to the admin area, supply of all the facilities needed, quick introduction to new policies and software programs
Multi tasks job environment including the use of specialized company’s software programs
Full involvement in cost sharing contracts for hospitals and medical centers
Work shop presentations in power point
