Full administrative support to the GD, including:
manage GD calendar: schedules of meetings, visits, calls;
Organize travel itinerary: tickets, hotels;
Arrange distribution of GD orders, instructions to staff;
Manage office documents flow, including registration of incoming and outgoing documents, collecting signatures, archiving etc.;
Compiled outgoing letters, requests and other documents on behalf of management.
Organized meetings conducted by the leader. Provided the necessary materials, notified the participants about the time, venue, agenda.
Fulfilled the official orders of the head.
