    Developed and implemented company’s first employee manual outlining all proper business procedures and office policies for camp assistant position. Supervising of accommodation process, POB - 5000 people. Coordinated all department functions for team of over 200 employees Receive, control and treat Accommodation requests from Subcontractors. Control of impact on mobilization as per Subcontractors’ mobilization plans. Ensure that rooms are allocated according to company policy. Negotiate claims and issues in regards to accommodation, catering or other additional service provided on Camp. Prepare daily/weekly camp reports/presentations/drawings to client and head office are sent in within acceptable time frame (camp occupancy report, accommodation plan, subcontractors allotment, etc.). Documentation control for all files related to camp dept. such as letters, handover acts, monthly reports, etc. Keeping the Camp Management's agenda (scheduling and meetings coordination, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities for the department). Camp Code of conduct Introduction to the new STL employees. Providing administrative support for the department such as answering telephones, welcoming and directing visitors, and resolving and/or referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries. Assistance in developing and maintaining admin procedures and forms. Support to Camp Boss/Camp Manager in case of Housekeeping and Food Safety audits and inspections. Following needs of the Department (stationary, consumables, etc.) Organizing meetings with client, subcontractors (participating, took meeting minutes, etc.)

Ttravel logistics (tickets, accommodation, meet and greed). Office supplies (provision, potable water and stationary). Coordination and organization of teambuildings and other social events for Company staff. Control of incoming and outgoing correspondence. Operating a telephone switchboard and handling incoming calls. Receiving visitors to the organization and directing them accordingly, Control of any incoming office deliveries, etc.
