Full Spectrum experience of administrative duties, including executive support, office management, invoicing, document preparation, travel/meeting coordination and project support.
Assistance to District Manager with administrative support (meetings and visits coordination, help with tender documentation, etc.).
Replacement/assistance to Property Manager.
Support and consulting to all departments of the office.
Registration of expatriate personnel upon arrival, control of timely process.
Housing service (search of the apartments for employees, creation/termination/prolongation of the lease agreements, landlords liaison, etc.).
Purchase of different goods for the office (search of necessary information about the companies and their goods, business correspondence with the suppliers, preparation of special documents required for the purchase, etc).
SAP administration (creation of PRs and expense reports).
Control of catering, taxi, fitness center, DHL, mailing and other productive services (negotiating with vendor representatives, monthly invoices coding).
Controlling of all incoming invoices.
All administrative issues with transport for personnel and other light vehicles (drivers supervision, transport coordinaion, gate passes arrangements, etc.).
Ttravel logistics (tickets, accommodation, meet and greed).
Office supplies (provision, potable water and stationary).
Coordination and organization of teambuildings and other social events for Company staff.
Control of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Operating a telephone switchboard and handling incoming calls.
Receiving visitors to the organization and directing them accordingly,
Control of any incoming office deliveries, etc.
