- Upsell to suites;
- Concierge duties (booking and total following up of individual tours and excursions, restaurant bookings, car & theatre arrangements, etc.);
- Organization of different events for guests and staff on behalf of Front Desk Department;

- Multi-tasking work experience (ability to substitute every line staff within Front Office department);
- Creation and implementation of Upsell Rooms Policy with the Front Office department, motivation of the staff with a reward program; as a result - total hotel profit increased;
